ZenFlow Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ZenFlow (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use the ZenFlow mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally

ZenFlow is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not maintain a central database of our users. Your app data, including:

• Meditation statistics (total wisdom time, breaths, sessions, streaks)
• Chakra alignment progress
• App settings (theme, haptics, timer preferences)
• Bookmarked articles and reading history

is stored strictly locally on your device using local storage mechanisms. We do not have access to this data, and it is not transmitted to our servers.

Information Collected Automatically by Third Parties

To support the development of the App, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Unless you have purchased ad removal, Google AdMob and its partners may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, monitor ad performance, and prevent fraud.

This information may include:

• Device Information — IP address, device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID).
• Usage Data — interactions with the App and advertisements.
• Location Data — coarse location (e.g. country or city) inferred from your IP address.

2. How Your Information is Used

• Local Data — used exclusively on your device to provide the App’s features, such as tracking your progress and maintaining your preferences.
• Ad Data — used by Google AdMob and its advertising partners to deliver ads, measure ad performance, and improve their services.

3. Your Choices and Controls

Removing Ads

ZenFlow is free and supported by a single banner advertisement. If you prefer not to see ads, you can remove them permanently with a one-time in-app purchase from Profile > Settings > Remove Ads. Once removed, the App will not initialize the AdMob SDK or request ads, and no ad-related data is collected.

Ad Personalization

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or other regions with applicable privacy laws, you will be presented with a consent form upon launching the App (if ads are enabled). You can manage your consent preferences directly through this form, or at any time from Settings > Ad Privacy Options where available.

You can also control ad personalization through your device’s system settings (e.g. “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android or “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS).

Data Deletion

Because your app data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by:

• Using the “Clear All Data” option in the App’s Settings menu.
• Uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s storage from your device settings.

4. Children’s Privacy

ZenFlow is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
